Scantag provides Electrical Testing & Tagging and asset tracking services to all levels of Industry.

We specialise in the management of large testing rollouts where testing has to be undertaken in as small a time frame as possible.

We use documented work procedures in the Management of Testing your Portable Electrical Appliances, Safety Switches and Emergency Lighting.

Scantag can provide you with general information, work procedures and equipment or provide testing services and labour direct to carry out your work.

Testing of Electrical Equipment is not as simple as it may seem and we encourage all stake holders to become familiar with the process, from understanding the regulation to choosing what level of testing suits the site.

If testing is not undertaken properly and procedures documented, Management, Testers and Workers may become exposed to dangerous situations and/or be subject to litigation because of a lack of compliance if an accident occurs.

At Scantag we have a passion for Compliance Management and have developed many processes within the Electrical and Facility Management Industry for use by our in house employees and staff at our clients premises over the past 20 Years throughout Queensland.

We are developing a number of Web Based tools to allow cost effective testing and reporting at the ground floor level for use by Industry no matter where you are located.

We recognise that testing is in many instances is done by Semi Skilled or Trade Qualified Personnel, who require good simple, consistent processes to be made available to them to allow their testing and reporting work to be carried out in a timely cost efficient manner.

Whether you are an in House employee or a service contractor, you will be able to login to our site and manage your compliance processes with the aid of a PDA or Iphone device.

Scantag has embarking on developing a new web based data capture system and management system allowing testing, data capture and reporting for a multitude of test and compliance applications to be manged via a web server and allowing real time reporting, seemless syncing and updating of data from site using the IPhone platform.

Our new system will allow Electrical Testers and Compliance Managers to manage all facets of their Compliance Reporting work from Scheduling to Invoicing without wasting time organising and finalising work from the office.
